By submitting, you accept the referrer-side terms of the OM Practitioner Agreement v1.1 (§13): 7.5% of net OM fees on this referral over the 12-month window, paid directly to you by the receiving practitioner when they're paid by the client. Non-circumvention and confidentiality apply during the window. If OM ceases operations, fee obligations abate (§12). You don't take on receiver-side terms by referring — only if and when you accept a lead routed to you.
