Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 18, 2026
Outcome Marketing LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website outcome.marketing. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
What We Collect
Information you provide
When you fill out a contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, you provide your name, email address, company name, and any details you include in your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, to send periodic updates.
If you purchase a Competitive Diagnostic, you also provide information about your own company (name, website URL, positioning details) and a list of competitor companies (names, URLs, public positioning). The diagnostic processes this competitor information alongside your own company data to produce the report.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, the following services collect data automatically:
Google Analytics (GA4). We use GA4 to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and where traffic comes from. GA4 collects anonymized IP addresses, device type, browser, and referring URLs. Google's privacy policy applies to data GA4 processes.
HubSpot. We use HubSpot for contact forms, email subscriptions, and visitor analytics. HubSpot sets cookies to identify returning visitors and track page views. If you submit a form, HubSpot connects your browsing history on our site to your contact record. HubSpot's privacy policy governs their data handling.
Cloudflare. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses for CDN delivery, DDoS protection, and basic analytics (page views, bandwidth). Cloudflare's privacy policy applies.
Digital Marketing Assessment
The Competitive Diagnostic is a paid product offered by Outcome Marketing LLC and operated on the Saprel platform. Outcome Marketing LLC is the data controller. Saprel, Inc. is our processor and provides the platform infrastructure. Each processor below receives only the data required for its role. None of them receive customer contact or payment information except where explicitly noted.
Stripe. If you purchase a Competitive Diagnostic (starting at $45 USD), payment is processed by Stripe under our direct merchant account. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe collects payment information (card number, billing address, email) directly and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance.
Saprel. Saprel, Inc. operates the Competitive Diagnostic platform on our behalf and uses the sub-processors listed below to deliver the report. Saprel's current sub-processor list is published at saprel.com/subprocessors.
Supabase (Saprel sub-processor). Diagnostic data — your company details, competitor set, and the generated report — is stored in Supabase. This data is used to produce your diagnostic and is retained for 3 years after delivery, unless you request earlier deletion.
Vercel (Saprel sub-processor). The diagnostic application is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes visitor IP addresses and standard server logs for application delivery.
Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), and Google (Gemini) (Saprel sub-processors). Parallel AI-visibility tests are run across these three LLM providers to see how each surfaces your company and competitors. The data shared is limited to company names, URLs, public competitor names, and sample questions a buyer might ask an AI assistant.
DataForSEO (Saprel sub-processor). A third-party SEO data API that returns ranked keywords, backlink authority, SERP data, and Lighthouse scores for your company and competitor domains. Only domain names are shared.
Resend (Saprel sub-processor). Transactional email delivery for checkout confirmations, report-ready notifications, and refund notifications. Resend processes your email address and the contents of the transactional message.
