Background

Fifteen years building revenue infrastructure inside B2B SaaS companies, most recently across identity security, conversational AI, and tax compliance. Prior in-house GTM and revenue roles at Microsoft, Drift, Avalara, Blackbaud, ConnectWise, and Oleria before launching SandsDX to do the same work on a fractional basis.

Focus

I work with Series A and B SaaS companies where marketing investment is not connecting to bookings. My focus is the GTM system itself: signal infrastructure, attribution, and the workflows that hold it together. I architect it, partner with the team to build it, then transfer the capability.
