Here's how to see where your company stands against your competitors. About 3 minutes to set up, and then the report comes back in 15.

00:07
First, put in your company name. Then your company URL. Then enter your first competitor — here I have HubSpot because I'm looking at the CRM space. I'll enter a second competitor, Salesforce. You can have up to four competitors in the report, but it needs at minimum three to run the comparison. So I'll add Pipedrive.

00:34
The company website metadata doesn't always come back with the company name, so in that case, make sure to fix the company name with a short branded name. I'll add a fourth competitor, Monday.com. And again, fix the name.

00:49
Then put in your contact info — your name, your email. A link to the report will be sent to this email. And then optionally your title.

00:57
At this point, we only have the automated version available. Soon, we hope to launch the strategic or expert-reviewed version of this report, where a fractional CMO will review and edit the report and then set up a 30-minute call to go through any insights they find or any opportunities for your company.

01:20
Since we're launching this application right now, we do have a promotion code, BETA2026, and that takes the price down from $45 to $10 per report run. As you can see, we're using Stripe for our payment processor.

01:35
At this point, I'll jump over into the final report. As I mentioned earlier, it takes about 15 minutes — or up to 15 minutes — to run, and the comparison is across nine different sections.

01:50
The first section talks about what you should know right now: key highlights for growth, visibility, authority, positioning. What's working, what's not working so well.

02:04
In section two, looking at the organic search traffic — how much is there, what's the growth like year-over-year.

02:12
In the next section, it's the AI visibility across Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Are you getting mentioned or recommended? You can see Salesforce is mentioned a lot, but you really want those recommendations. Behind a lot of these charts is more detail — so here you can see what the AI LLMs are saying about each company.

02:33
In the next section, we show from a website perspective how each company shows up from a positioning standpoint, and then also the CTAs or conversion paths. And how well do the websites work from a technical standpoint? Where are the paid dollars being invested?

02:51
What conversations do they own? This is an interesting one — what requests are coming from the market, and how well with their content are these different companies satisfying those requests? You can see Salesforce is doing well here across the board, whether it's CRM platform selection or sales execution and pipeline management. There's more detail here behind some of these charts, so you can look at the per-company content analysis as well.

03:18
And then who do buyers trust? This relates to the domain authority or the domain ranking, and what reviews — which review sites, and how many counts on each review site across the different vendors.

03:26
And finally in section nine, what should you do about it? There are up to seven recommendations here, including the top three.

03:34
